IT Support Specialist

Looking for IT Support Specialist for joining a consulting company. 

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• On-going monitoring, maintenance, and support of in-house VMS system comprised of third-party systems

• Regular maintenance of all in-house servers including back-ups, Windows updates, and security updates, etc.

• Email administration

• Support and update as required all company websites

• Develop, test, deploy, and monitor web scripts for interacting with various third-party websites

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Completed University Degree or College Diploma

• 2-5 years of prior IT experience REQUIRED SKILLS

• Windows Server 2008 • SQL Server administration

• HTML expert

• Web programming language such as PHP, .NET, etc. and a desire to learn C#

• IIS, SMTP, DNS

• Ability to be calm and approach tasks with an open mind

• Works well under pressure and track record of meeting deadlines

• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a rapid fashion PREFERRED SKILLS

• WordPress, Accpac

• Familiarity with VoIP systems
