Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Our client in manufacturing industry is currently looking for customer service assistant to join the team.

Location: North York

Salary: $13-13.5/hr

Duties:

- provide excellent customer service to a variety of customers over the phone, email and walk-in

- process orders, paper works and filing 

- assist with shipping/receiving paper works 

- deal with vendors' questions and do scheduling 

 

Requirements: 

- Strong communication and organizational skills 

- Customer services and administrative experience

- Typing speed and accuracy
