Customer Service/Office Admin

We are looking for a customer service/office admin in a furniture manufacturing company. 

Location: Dufferin/Steeles 

Salary: $12.98/hr Working hours - 9am -5pm. Full time on-going

The job description:

  • Orders entry, production paper work (work orders, summery cards, pick list, “yellow & white”, CSA labels, shipping labels), generated p.o releasing to suppliers , filing, F7 update, C/O on the floor (pick list, shipping, w.o).
  • Customser Service for US, CA & International– processing orders, checking, releasing, EFG order ack, question & answers with dealers, scheduling, logging into logs (COM, RGA, PSR, SQ, 50/50 & NC), Change Order processing (in and out)
