Payroll Manager_Start ASAP

Our client, a leading airline catering services is looking for a Payroll Manager to start ASAP. 

Contract, $40/hr, Start ASAP 

Location: Misssisauga, ON

 
Job Description:

Manages the preparation, documentation, & disbursement of payroll checks, taxes and payroll deductions in a multi-company, multi-state environment.
Supervises, trains & develops payroll department personnel
Coordinates payroll systems development & maintenance
Develops and monitors payroll accounting controls and procedures
Maintains accurate payment and reporting of federal, state & related payroll taxes

Qualifications: 

At least 7 years in-house payroll processing experience in a multi-company, multi-state environment
2 to 3 years supervisory experience managing payroll function and personnel
Experience with electronic payments and filing of federal and state payroll taxes
2-3 years experience with Ultimate Software, or other payroll service provider (ADP, Ceridian, etc.)
Experience with union related payroll issues
