Inbound Contact Centre Representative_Markham

Our client is a Canadian leading bank.

Start/End Dates: 06/13/2016 to 06/12/2017

Location: Markham

Payrate: $18.50/hr

Shift Premium of $1.10/hr will be added to work order.

*** 5 Weeks mandatory training is Full-time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday between 4PM - 12AM ***
*** Positions are Full-Time 37.5 hours per week after training based on business needs ***
** Must be available to work Monday to Sunday 7AM -12AM midnight**

Job Description:

As a member of the Credit Card Services Contact Centre , you will join a dedicated team of professional telephone agents who provide exceptional customer service for our cardholder clientele. Through inbound service calls, you will provide timely and accurate guidance and service to cardholders for a variety of personal Visa product lines, plans and programs. Your responsibility will be to provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations; contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls; and achieve departmental sales targets through recommendation of appropriate products and services which meet our ever-changing customer needs. You will be able to recognize and successfully leverage opportunities to further expand our clients' business through cross-selling/value-add opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Successful candidates require the ability to:

• Possess excellent listening and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a sincere approach to helping others

• Self-starter who will take the initiative to obtain solutions, stay focused, pay attention to detail and follow established operating procedures.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
• Strong PC Skills

Availability: The successful candidate must commit to the following availability requirements:

- Available to work anytime between 7:00am and 12:00am, Monday to Sunday, including statutory holidays. FT 37.5 hours per week

The first day of work will be Monday June 13th, 2016. The first 5 weeks will be full time training, Monday to Friday. Hours of training are between 4:00pm and 12:00am (midnight). Attendance to all training sessions is mandatory.
