Trust Administrator_Montreal

Our client is a Canadian leading bank.

Pay Rate: $19-21

Contract Length: 15 months (possibility of extension)
Hours of Work: 8:30am-5:00pm (could be a little flexible here)

Daily Responsibilities:
• Assist the Trust Professionals in the daily management of their clients and files
• Assist in estate, trust, and POA administration
• Prepare letters for clients
• General administrative tasks as required in the office and for clients (as part of the service)
• Posting financial transactions in the internal systems
• Communicating with clients and doing follow-ups as required
• Assist Trust Professionals with compliance requirements
• Interacting with the Trust Professionals, Administrators and sometimes, the clients

Must Have Skills:
• 5+ years of administrative experience
• Strong Excel (merging of files) and Word skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (Bilingual, Oral & Written MUST be strong in both languages)

Nice to Have Skills:
• Financial experience (accounting experience)
• Law firm experience
• Trust company experience
