We are looking for passionate financial products (insurance) representatives to join in a leading Canadian bank.

Shift Information:
· Full Time/35 hours a week with competitive salary
· Full Time Paid Training: Monday-Friday from 9-5 for 8 weeks (2 weeks on theory, 6 weeks on in class training)
· Fixed Shifts: Evenings and Weekends - Monday to Friday 11am to 11pm and Saturday 12pm to 7pm
· Temp to perm hire after 6 months with year-end bonus and incentive plan and benefits
Job Duties:
· Engage with clients to determine their needs and provide advice based selling and promoting company features and benefits
· Maintain and manage strong client relationships
· Achieve sales, quotes and call targets
· Develop new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross selling
· Proficient in handling objections
· Manage and process renewals on a timely basis and maintain high levels of client retention
Qualifications:
· Strong skills in communication, organization, time management, client service, problem solving
· College or University diploma preferred, High School Diploma with 3-5 years in Sales preferred
· Obtain Insurance licence is an asset
· Experience in customer service or sales or call center is an asset
