Inbound Financial Advisor_Toronto

We are looking for passionate financial products (insurance) representatives to join in a leading Canadian bank.

This is a great opportunity for starting your financial career and we provide high quality training for you to own insurance license (OTL or RIBO License) for your career development.

All new graduates with customer service and sales experience are welcomed

Pay rate: $24.86/hr 

Training start date: April 1st, April 15th, April 29th and May 13th

Two location openings: Toronto and Markham

Shift Information:

·         Full Time/35 hours a week with competitive salary

·         Full Time Paid Training: Monday-Friday from 9-5 for 8 weeks (2 weeks on theory, 6 weeks on in class training)

·         Fixed Shifts: Monday to Friday primarily between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday shift between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. (MANDATORY shifts: Monday and Saturday)

·         Potential perm hire after 3 months with year-end bonus and incentive plan and benefits

Job Duties:

·         Engage with clients to determine their needs and provide advice based selling and promoting company features and   benefits

·         Maintain and manage strong client relationships

·         Achieve sales, quotes and call targets

·         Develop new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross selling

·         Proficient in handling objections

·         Manage and process renewals on a timely basis and maintain high levels of client retention

Qualifications:

·         Strong skills in communication, organization, time management, client service, problem solving

·         College or University diploma 

·         Obtain Insurance licence is an asset

·         Experience in customer service or sales or call center is an asset

·         College or University diploma

·         Credit must be in good standing and No criminal record
