HR Generalist

This role essentially supports to Director of Human Resources in a headquarter at a leading manufacturer company for cosmetic, pharma and cleaning products. 

full time, perm role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level of administrative support  for HR Director
  • Provide support and resolutions to all employees
  • Maintained employee personnel files
  • Full Cycle Recruiting
  • Interview applicants for  positions, and develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Maintain the HRIS and Recruitment system
  • Provide recruitment support for HR managers based at other locations throughout the US
  • Host new hire orientation, on-boarding and training
  • Provide support for benefits, and payroll
     

Qualifications/Experience/Education

  • Four year degree (or higher) required in area of discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrate track record of achieving success with the ability to multi-task under pressure, meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in labour relations or union environment is an asset
  • Detailed and Energetic
