The client is the largest manufacturer of integrated plastics in North America. Location: Concord, ON.
Full time, perm role, pay rate: $16/hr. Hours will be Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm. Please note that occasional Sunday morning for 4 hours may be required.
Summary:
Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse administrative tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Coordinate receipt of all materials following all established protocol
· Prepare necessary documentation for Shippers and Receivers and Order Pickers daily
· Entering and importing data into and from the ERP system
· Greet drivers as they come in and ensure all paperwork is completed
· Communicate with office staff, carrier and Customer Service as needed
· Understand and comply with all Company Safety Rules and processes
· Understand and comply with all HACCP and GMP policies
· Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· 3 years relevant administrative experience
· Valid forklift license preferable
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Excellent time management and organization skill with strong attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience working with any ERP is preferable, but not mandatory
· Ability to work in a fast pace organized environment
· Energetic and friendly; ability to work in a team
