Bilingual Business Development Agent

Our client is a Canadian leading bank.

Start/End Dates: 10/19/2015 - 10/18/2016

Contract Length: 12 Months

Hours of Work: position requires open availability as there is potential for evening campaigns (35 hrs/wk)

The client is seeking a driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, is extremely driven, and enjoys working under pressure. The chosen candidate will be required to sell the virtues of their conservative investment approach to high-net worth individuals for a leading wealth management group. This is a fast-paced, process-oriented, and rewarding environment for the right candidate. This is a great career opportunity for a new grad looking to get their feet wet in the financial industry.

Daily Responsibilities
• Prepare mailings to provided lists of prospective clients.
• Follow-up mailings by calling the people mailed to.
• Cold calling and one-on-one meetings with high net worth prospects.
• Organization of seminars to attract new clients.

Required Experience
• Post-secondary education (Finance degree a definite asset)
• Previous experience in a call center environment an asset
• CSC an asset but not required
• 1-2 years of sales/business development related experience, preferably in a commission based environment
• Previous experience working in a mutual fund company an asset
