Sales & Marketing Analyst_Richmond Hill

Our client is a leading plastic, paper, and aluminum food packaging products manufacturer.

Reports to: Marketing & Pricing Manager
Target salary:$45k-$50k Full time position

Responsibilities:

1) Canadian Vistex platform: CONTRACT/REBATE/MARKETING EXPENSES.
2) Organize our annual Canadian sales meeting.
3) Communication with the sales force.
4) Prices confirmation from our system (PROS/YCRR) to our Sales Team & Customers for any future mass prices increases.
5) Assist the Marketing & Pricing Manager with the items rationalization or consolidation.
6) Responsible of the pricing maintenance in our PROS system for our interna sales employees;

• Internal Sales Force to contact that person directly for immediate support while travelling, questions or confirmation.
• Import-export for mass price changes into the system.
• Manual PROS adjustments. Case by case for the Price Discrepancies Workflow (PDW).
• Deal conversions (Market to Fixed and/or to Resin, etc.)
• Error or Auto-reject inquiries / assist brokers & National Account Managers.
• Customer account searches
• Reports (ex. YD34, Stock Price List, Indirect End user Price List, YCRR, confirmation in customer Portal, in their templates, etc.)

7)Assisting Corporate Claims department.

8)Assist with various others tasks within the Marketing & Sales teams.

9)Backup for the Pricing Analyst position during his vacation.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or job related experience.
• 3.5 - 5 years of relevant business experience.
• Experience with SAP, PROS, Database, a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as a team with a customer focus.
• Working knowledge of the Manufacturing industry.
• Highly developed skills at using computer applications, especially MS Excel functions such as pivot tables, v-look up, and macros.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior levels of management, both oral and written
• Ability to work independently with a wide variety of people, including internal and external, and meet deadlines while managing several assignments  
• High attention to detail. Must be able to identify errors and/or develop
