Our client provides fully integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions and support airline growth. Currently we are looking for a Logistics Administrative Clerk as soon as possible.
This is an administrative role that does coordination activity for logistics division.
Processing customer orders:
· Acknowledge p.o. to customer
· Prepare excel document for order to the warehouse
· Process sales order in Ross
· Log orders into Logistics Log
· Prepare export documents if applicable
Once orders are shipped:
· Match bill of lading with order
· Enter release number
· Confirm quantities, enter tracking number if applicable
· Process invoicing to the customers
Update all logs
· Enter all order into Weekly logistics cost for sales verification
· Maintain main tool: Logistics log
· Prepare import and export documents

Temp to Permanent Role (3 Months Temp, this could Turn into a Long Term)
Pay Rate: $19.23/hour
