Office Admin

Our client is a leading bank in Canada. Currently we are looking for office admin/clerk.

Primary responsibility is to sort all mail bags received from across Western Canada. Sort, review and distribute on time according to the different departments concerned. Complete end of day outgoing bags process by established deadlines. Daily items sent to the mailroom for mail-out purposes to be processed and released on time for courier pick-up. Positively contribute to the overall customer and staff experience in each interaction. Complete daily reporting as required, all other tasks (unit paper runs) and enquiries to ensure all established Service Level goals are met.
Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to change within business area and unit. Actively participate in any cross-skilling/training opportunities. Identify, suggest and actively participate in process improvement to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the work group. Actively participate in daily touch points, town hall meetings & unit projects. Advanced understanding of MS Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint an asset.

Must be available for rotating shifts from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.
