Our client is a leading Canadian Bank. We are now hiring for Bilingual Collections Agent.
Main responsibilities:
• Perform In-bound/outbound collections call to clients regarding pass due invoices/statements (early stage delinquency, courtesy calls)
• Answer incoming calls from clients regarding pass due invoices/statements
• Reduce client delinquency
• Interacting with customers, lawyers, branches and different professionals.
• Perform other related Customer Service responsibilities as required
Must Have Skills:
• Experience in collections
• 2 years of previous call center experience preferred
• College/University degree required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Self-motivated
• Quick learner
• Takes initiative
• Call center experience

Hours of Work:
• 3 full-time roles (Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm) totaling 37.5 hours
• 1 part-time role (Sunday 1:00pm to 8:00pm and Mon-Wed-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm) totaling 29 hours
Contract Length: 12 Months (possible extension)
Start/finish date: 5/25/2015 - 5/24/2016
