Bilingual Contracts Administrator

Position Summary: The position is responsible for the analysis and validation of contracts or documents required between company and our customers. This position will confirm relevance of documents, work with legal and insurance resources and confer with customers legal departments as required. Report to: Director of National Customer Service Responsibilities: • Respond to questions, do follow up and write documents as required. • Make recommendations with regards to contracts and documents. • Recognize important articles within a contract/document and validate the contract/document based on the business requirements. • Assist departments in interpreting the contracts and determining how they should be applied. • Manage all insurance issues with the assistance of insurance provider. • Archive all contracts and documents both hard copy and PDF Requirements: • Bilingual – English and French is a required • 2-5 years experience as legal assistant, paralegal, or law clerk is PLUS • Experience in Legal document is a Must • 5+ years experience in document writing and analysis • Ability to work alone • Good analytical and comprehension skills required • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills required • Proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat • Knowledge of finance and the print industry in general are assets Location: Brampton Salary Range: 58-70K
