The ERP Manager, Finance will support the Enterprise Resource Planning system project as the Finance and Accounting expert.

 The details …

  • Represent Finance in the ERP Project as a Subject Matter Expert ensuring all requirements - Global GAAP, taxation, entity specific laws and regulations – are met.
  • Define detailed functional specifications relative to the needs in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Reporting & Planning, Treasury and Credit & Collection. Leads discussions with various stakeholders to analyze, configure and model processes in the new ERP system.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new accounting systems, while taking initiative to improve existing accounting processes. Coordinating with user groups to bring about business transformation into the new ERP system.
  • Participates in the resolution of company solution risks and issues log as it relates to Finance & Accounting and assists with developing mitigation plans.
  • Ensures that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are incorporated in company solution, especially as they pertain to asset management.
  • Identify “Best Practice” for each functional area in Finance & Accounting and determine the applicability based on company requirements.
  • Provides guidance to subject matter experts and other assigned users in conducting end-to-end integration testing of processes in the areas Finance & Accounting.
  • Assists the ERP team with developing a training plan in coordination with other company functional tracks. Coordinates the review and validation of training materials for Finance & Accounting elements.
  • Trains, guides and supervises smooth transition and integration of the new ERP system within the department.
  • Active involvement in the month-end/year-end processes and reporting & planning activities.
  • Support the CFO and Director, Finance in adhoc projects

 

What we’re looking for …

  • A university degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, accounting or related field.
  • Accounting designation (CPA, CGA)
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience in Financial Accounting or Accounting Operations Management in public or private sector multinationals.
  • Experience in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Good communication (oral and written) skills, and a team player with great work ethics.
