Divisional Manager, Supply Chain Analysis

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years solid experience and knowledge on change management or change agent.
  • Professional certification on change management, such as Six-sigma black belt or other change management technology, such as process re-engineering.
  • 5+ years working experience in operations planning, or logistics or industrial engineering discipline.
  • 8+ years working experience in manufacturing environment.
  • With Bachelor degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field, CPIM or CSCP certified.
  • Ability to lead and manage change management projects.
  • 2+ years experience in DataBase administration and OLAP knowledge management.
  • Proactive and forward thinking with well developed inter-personal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio is a MUST. Experience with ERP operations (SAP or JD Edward) is a asset.
  • Demonstrates a high level of accountability and ownership of a quality processes and plans.
  • Strong analytical, detail and result oriented with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, complexity and work within a fast paced, dynamic environment. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working closely with cross-functional teams and provide leadership, direction and administration for the Supply Chain Analysis team which performs the following functions:

  • Provides regular supply chain related performance metrics, analysis and reports to management and support the S&OP process.
  • Acts as a change agent to conduct root causes analysis and deliver resolutions. Initiate continuous improvement initiatives and lead supply chain process re-engineering projects. 
  • Liaises and coordinates with IS team to provide and/or enhance application systems to continue automate and enable supply chain related processes.
  • Coordinates with Quality, Pricing, Finance, PLM and Planning functions to centralize manage the Master Data for the division to ensure the Master Data are kept current and accurate to support right-the-first-time smooth operations.
  • Owns and operates the OLAP or Data Warehouse application system to provide supply chain related operations intelligence, analysis, what-if scenario analysis, reports, and metrics.
  • Facilitates and assist the supply chain functions to set up and update their business rules, planning parameters, KPI, SLAs (service level agreements).
  • Assists to prepare and compile the S&OP package
