Call Center Representative / Customer Service Rep
Hiring Call Center Reps, Customer Service Professionals to start ASAP.

- Pay rate: $15/hr to $17.68/hr
- All shifts available, Full-time, 40 hours, Monday - Friday
- Working locations: Concord, Vaughan, North York

Bring your friends, we will pay you $200 once they accrue 700 working hours.
Bring 20 employees, earn $4000 dollars. We can also arrange for you to work together.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing high-quality service and ensuring customer concerns are being handled appropriately while working a dynamic fast pace environment.
- Provide customer services via inbound call, following appropriate protocols.
- Advise customers on payment amounts, methods, policy renewals.
- Meet required call quality, compliance, call handle time, calls per hour, cross-sales and call productivity goals.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
