Gatekeeper / Security / Site Administrator - Concord

Leading Automotive manufacturing company is hiring Security / Site Administrator to start ASAP.

Wage: $20/hr
All shifts available, Day/Afternoon/Night
Full-time on-going, 40 hours
Working locations: Concord, Vaughan, Markham
Company intersection: Keele & Steeles, Dufferin & Langstaff, Keele & Rutherford, Woodbine & Hwy 7
The company has been monitoring the use of temperature checks as a preventative measure in the workplace during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thermal screening is an additional measure to ensure that we are being as proactive as possible.

Job Duties:

Obtain verbal consent prior to obtaining temperature reading from any individual entering the facility at the beginning of every shift.
Use a “No Touch Thermal Thermometer” to conduct temperature checks at specific entry points.
Screen employees for symptoms of concern, as per our COVID19 Screening Tool.
Maintain Temperature Monitoring Form if a temperature of 100.4 F (38 degrees Celsius) or higher is recorded.
Maintain communication with HR/H&S and Plant Manager daily.
Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:

Strong communication skills.
Flexible with ongoing changes and updates.
Ability to make procedural decisions and judgments involving sensitive and confidential issues under stressful conditions.
Experience in healthcare or nursing background is an asset.
