Leading Automotive Manufacturing is looking for an Accounting Admin ( 3 month contract)
Details:
- salary is base on your experience
- Over 40 hours per week, job start immediately!
-Hours 8am-5pm
Job requirements:
- Review of outstanding invoice payments
- Analysis of contracts
- Collection efforts (low volume, but high complexity)
- Coordination of some subcontractors
- Other duties related to contract administration
The skill set our Controller was hoping for includes:
- College degree in finance / accounting / administration
- Experience in customer account management/collection
- Good understanding of order taking, sales, AR aging (O2C workflow)
- 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Solid English communication skills
- Solid foundation of computer skills including outlook email / excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of urgency – meeting deadlines and completion of work at a fast pace
- Excellent attention to details – able to focus on details, error proof work, double check date to ensure accuracy
- Strong computer skills and comfort in using Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, outlook, etc
