Our client, a leading beauty company is looking for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to join their Markham location.

Responsibilities:
- Development of Annual Budget and Monthly Forecasts
- Performance Reporting and Variance analysis of actual versus plan/forecast
- Identification of cost savings opportunities
- Coordination of accounting activities including journal entries and balance sheet analyses, ensuring financial compliance with policies and procedures
- Framing and developing business cases for senior stakeholders/management
- Provide insights to business partners and NA SC Finance.
Specific Accountability for
- Facilitate, execute estimate and closing processes including providing visibility to transactions, analysis of results and comprehensive reporting
- Support Director with Functional Leads as assigned for annual budget, long range plan, capital project planning, estimates, allocations and standard direct labor and overhead rates, period end closings
- Experience filtering and synthesizing multiple data sets for clear, actionable strategic recommendations
- Coordinate and audit cycle counts at Plant/DC sites
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and processes
- Provide support as required for duty drawback, government surveys and ad hoc analyses including concise, professional presentation of information
- Ensure transparency with Functional groups related to Canada Plant/DC performance
- Adherence to US GAAP, corporate policies and SOX compliance
- In conjunction with team members, provide for continuous improvement in processes ensuring proper controls and realization of efficiencies
- Monitor and report Functional metrics and KPIs providing analysis and insights, as applicable
- Primary liaison with OneSource and GenPact for all Canada SCF related matters

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting MBA/CPA a plus.
- 5+ years of Finance, process reengineering and project management.
- Excellent analytical capabilities to translate data into Executive level insights and metrics.
- Advanced Excel, SAP, CPM (Smartview) Hyperion skills a must.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence others.
- Ability to work/analyze/build efficient analyses and reports.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required, including direct interaction with Senior Management.
- Excellent organization, writing and listening skills.
- Flexible mindset, with the ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing and sometimes unpredictable environment
- Ability to work across Functions/Regions/Brands and interact effectively with all departments
- Builder of strong connections across the Company and with key points of contact
