Office Admin

Our client is a leading Insurance Broker company now hiring for an Office Admin.

Location: North York

Type: Temp to Perm

Pay rate: $17 / hour

Hours: 8 am - 4 pm

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones
  • Provide support to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources Department.
  • Filing paperwork, processing data entry and maintaining the record.

Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative experience is preferred
  • Must have the working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
