Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Our client is a leading insurance broker corporation, now looking for a Commercial Line Account Manager to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have RIBO License, preferably with several years of dealing with Transportation Insurance experiences.

Type: Full time, Permanent

Location: Either Kitchener, Burlington or Mississauga

Salary: $40k - 55k

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides professional advice, recommendation and counselling to customers about their transportation insurance coverage based on their personal needs and exposures.
• Prepares client premium proposals and pre-renewal client material.
• Contributes to revenue growths by cross-selling and up-selling appropriate coverage.
• Prepared paperwork and complete application for clients, issue insurance certificate,  update changes and renewals.
• Resolve concerns or complaints with professional demeanour by leveraging product and service knowledge according to customer's needs
• Consistently check and process endorsements and midterm changes; rewriting/remarketing where necessary to enhance customer's experiences.
• Prepares insurance binders, invoices and billing materials.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of Transportation Insurance Industry experience preferred
• Must have RIBO Licence
• CAIB, CIP, CRM Designations is an asset
• time management and organizational skills
• Strong team player—ability to adapt to and collaborate with various team members and individuals
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on priorities
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, working knowledge of Epic and/or TAM an asset
