Money Out Advice Outbound Telephone Specialist (London)

Our client is a leading bank in North America. 

Job Overview: 

The Money Out Advice Contact Centre is a centralized telephone sales channel which is able to cost effectively react customers and external prospects through various marketing and advertising initiatives. Recognizing that sales are the highest form of customer service, the Money Out Advice Contact Centre uses a balanced scorecard approach between sales, customer service and productivity. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are interested in being part of a team committed to superior customer service. 

As a Money Out Advice Outbound Telephone Specialist, your responsibility will be primarily to make outbound calls to establish customers and sell credit products and services. Formalized objectives for sales, productivity and quality must be met. The position provides consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources, identifies and acts upon all sales opportunities, and refers clients to other appropriate business units within the bank. Regular coaching is provided to ensure success in the role. 

The successful candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales, and must be able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions is a must. Strong verbal and listening skills are essential for this position as well as a proven sales record. Candidates must be enthusiastic team players and willing to take an active role in campaigns and business building initiatives. 

NB: Multiple positions are available. 
There is no guarantee of minimum hours for any given work week. 

Hours of Operation: Applicants must be flexible to work a rotating schedule, Monday to Friday primarily between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Training: Successful applicants must be available to attend 4 weeks of full time training Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm beginning Monday March 31 2014 

 

Pay rate: $17.19/hr
