Inbound Advice Sales Specialist (London)

Direct Phone Channel is a centralized telephone sales channel which is able to cost effectively reach customers and external prospects through various marketing and advertising initiatives. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are interested in being part of a team committed to superior customer service. 

Job Description: 

***MUST HAVE SALES SKILL AND STRONG OBJECTION HANDLING SKILLS*** 

As a Inbound Advice Sales Specialist, your responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from new and established our customers and primarily sell Balance Protection Insurance and other products and services to meet the customer’s needs. You will meet formalized objectives for sales, productivity and quality. You will provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources. You will identify and act upon all sales opportunities, and refer clients to other appropriate business units within the bank. You will receive extensive product and sales training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role. The role is repetetive, heavily scripted and overcoming objections. 

Job Requirements: ***MUST HAVE SALES SKILL AND STRONG OBJECTION HANDLING SKILLS*** 

You have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales. You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. You must exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions. Strong verbal and listening skills are essential for this position as well as a proven sales record. Strong Objection Handling Skills. Candidates must be enthusiastic team players. 

Applicants must be flexible to work non-fixed shifts Monday to Friday primarily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Saturdays 7:00am - 10:00pmand Sundays 7:00am-4:00pm and Statutory Holidays between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. 

Training Times: 10 days in class 8:00am-4:00pm and 10 days nesting (flexibility required) 4 weeks in total. You must be available to start April 21st 2014 

Full availability is required for the scheduled rotation however minimum number of hours not guaranteed.

Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Saturdays 7:00am - 10:00pm Sunday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay rate: $17.19/hr
