Banking Service Officer II

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Service Officer to join their Personal Banking Products team. We are looking for administrative banking professionals with at least 2 years of data entry experience with an accounting background preffered.

Contract term: 18/02/2019 to 18/08/2019

Pay rate: $19.55/hr

Full-time: 37.5 hours

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm

Must Have: 

• Previous banking experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate level MS Excel
• Customer service experience
• Data entry experience
• 2 years of previous experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with internal team members and various Branch Partners
• Actively support the unit’s strategic initiatives
• Data entry into system
• Analyzing and auditing documentation and financial statements
• Liasing with branch partners to ensure accurate information
• Recognize and monitor trends and make recommendations
• Maintain high ethical standards and ensure all privacy related concerns are identified and reported to the appropriate area
