Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Our client, a leading manufacturer of fluid flow systems, is looking for a bilingual CSR to join their team in Laval, QB. We are looking for CSR's that are proficient in French and English with a strong customer service background and ability to learn quickly. 

Temp, on-going 

Location: Laval, QB

Pay rate: $18.00/hr

Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Key job duties: Assisting mainly with order entry, cleaning up backlog, handling emails/ calls and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Order management experience and customer service experience required
• Must have excellent oral/written English and French skills
• Computer savy with strong skills on MS office, ERP and Outlooks
• Preferably have working experience in a high volume Customer Service Department
• Familiarity and/or understanding of EDI skills
