Banking Access Services Rep II

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Access Services Reps to join their growing team. We are looking for  individuals with strong MS Excel skills and data entry experience. 

Contract term:  28/01/2019 to 30/04/2019

Pay rate: $17.30/hr  

Full-time: 37.5 hours

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am - 4pm

Must haves:

  • Quick learner
  •  Attention to detail
  • Good attitude
  • Strong excel skills
  • Data entry experience

Nice to haves:

  • Banking experience
  •  Knowledge/experience with access provisioning

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries within expected SLA guidelines
  •  Prepare schedules/reports for the center for different applications and data bases
  • Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external partners within defined area
  •  Identify, suggest and actively participate in operational process improvements by streamlining procedures/processes and providing 'first time right' support to enhance overall customer experience
  •  Contribute to the achievement of satisfactory audits by understanding & following audit and process guidelines
  •  Create and/or recognize exceptional service through established programs
  • Develop and manage productive working relationships, internal and external
  •  Perform other operational duties as assigned
  •  Bilingual preferred
