Banking Funding Officer I

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for  Funding Officers to join their growing  team. We are looking for a individual with previous banking and data entry experience.

Contract term: 18/02/2019 to 30/11/2019

Pay rate:$ 17.00 /hr 

Full-time: 37.5 hours

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 12am; Sat 7:30am - 8pm

Must have:

• Data entry
• Detail oriented
• Computer savvy – MS office 
• Able to meet and exceed SLAS
• Ability to multitask
• Previous credit (data entry)  and banking experience 

Nice to have:

• Business communication skills 

Summary: The main function of the  Funding Officer is confirming details using multiple computer screens and verifying information from the fax, and input into the system. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet aggressive SLA targets for New Funding deals.
• Ensure proper escalation processes are followed and exceptions within your authority are properly documented at all times.
• Work closely with both the Credit/Income & Accounting departments.
• Participate in individual focused Monthly Coaching.
• Work closely with Dealer Relationship Managers.
• Increase customer loyalty by participation in LEI action planning.
• Participate in the Quarterly Summit Award
