Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team for a maternity leave coverage assignment. We are looking for an Administrative professional with at least 2 years of prior experience in a corporate setting.
Contract term: 03/01/2019 to 29/11/2019
Pay rate: $18.00/hr
Full-time: 37.5 hrs
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
Must Have:
Summary: The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.
Job Responsibilities:
Education/Experience: High school education required. Undergraduate Degree or community College Diploma preferred. 3-5 years of related experience.
