Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for HR Coordinators to join their Human Resources team. We are looking for HR professionals with previous HR system experience.
Contract term: 27/12/2018 to 01/07/2019
Pay rate: $18.00/hr
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Must Have:
- HCM system data entry experience
- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Self-starter, must be able to work independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Use HRIS and word to mail merge and create offer letters.
- Data and info not transferred to the offer letters will need to be Quality controlled and plugged in.
- Print and package offer packages.
- Process revisions to create new offers and mailed back out.
- Track progress in an excel document.
- Provide a range of administrative, analytical and project support.
- Work independently to input and/or present data information.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required. 0-2 years customer service related experience required.
