Banking HR Coordinator

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for HR Coordinators to join their Human Resources team. We are looking for HR professionals with previous HR system experience. 

 

Contract term: 27/12/2018 to 01/07/2019

Pay rate: $18.00/hr

Full-time: 37.5 hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

 

Must Have: 

  • HCM system data entry experience 
  • Quick learner with attention to detail 
  • Self-starter, must be able to work independently 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use HRIS and word to mail merge and create offer letters.
  • Data and info not transferred to the offer letters will need to be Quality controlled and plugged in.
  • Print and package offer packages.
  • Process revisions to create new offers and mailed back out.
  • Track progress in an excel document.
  • Provide a range of administrative, analytical and project support.
  • Work independently to input and/or present data information.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required. 0-2 years customer service related experience required.
