Raymond Reach Forklift Operator - $19.76 - Concord_Start ASAP

Our Client is looking for raymond reach forklift operators. 

Location: Concord: Hwy7 and Keeles

Pay Rate: $ 19 + 4% vacation fee

Shift Time: 6:30 am – 4:00pm 

Responsibilities

• Accurately set up materials for production line changeovers, and issue supplies to production lines.
• Pick production orders, supplier requisitions and all other stock requests as per required quantities, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Locate production returns/received material into the warehouse ensuring that codes and quantities are correct.
• Receives product, ensuring it is accurately checked and counted. Confirms product is free of damage and infestation; has adequate shelf life and is at proper temperature; all documentation is correct, etc. Verifies description, UPC, quality, quantity, labelling, etc. corresponds with the Bill of Lading and Purchase Order. Documents discrepancies.
• Have materials set up in time for changeovers to different products.
• Return unused materials at the end of the run and ensure materials will remain free of contamination in the correct storage location with production staff.
• Receive and transfer all incoming inventory into appropriate locations, shrink wrap and prepare outgoing shipments
• Accurately record incoming inventory and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Receives incoming shipments of materials and provide inventory counts of material when required.
• Be able to handle general warehouse functions including unloading trucks, stocking floor, accurately counting and recording inventory,
  keeping areas clean and safe.
• Maintain superior warehouse cleanliness and safety as well as perform other related duties, as assigned.
   

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Warehouse, Shipping/ Receiving, and operation of a forklift (Raymond Reach)
• Forklift Certification
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work
• Possess excellent computer skills (especially with Excel), with a skilled aptitude for numbers and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work overtime and “off work” hours if needed
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated (6o-8o c) environment
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds; regular lifting, bending, and standing is required
• Familiar with GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP
