Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Service Officers to join their team. We are looking for individuals who have previous banking experience and excellent customer service skills.
Contract term: 2018-11-15 to 2019-11-14
Pay rate: $17.34/hr
Full time: 37.5 hrs per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Must Have:
- 2-4+ years of experience as a Customer Service/Operations Officer working with clients over the phone
- Ability to work in fast paced enviroment
- Banking experience
- Computer savvy with professional level MS Suite
- Adaptable, professional, flexible, quick learner
- Data entry skills
- Organized and attention to detail
Nice to Have: ISM Experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
- Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years related experience required.
