Banking Service Officer II

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Service Officers to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have high attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Contract term: 2018-11-19 to 2019-06-24

Pay rate: $17.34/hr

Full time: 37.5 hrs per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Must Have:

• Strong Excel skills (Macros)
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and quick learner
• Strong data entry skills
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Customer service savvy

Nice to Have:

• ISM Experience
• Admin Apps, GIC experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Process retail transfer, requests forms
• Communicate with internal partners or branches via email and phone

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years related experience required
