Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. We are looking for an individual who is professionally extroverted and has previous related experience.
Contract term: 2018-11-12 to 2019-04-30
Pay rate: $18.73/hr
Full time: 37.5 hrs per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Must Have:
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Professionalism
- Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- 5+ years of Outlook calendar/boardroom meeting scheduling experience
- Communication skills
- 5+ years of telephone customer service experience
- Highly organized and attention to detail
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides positive and immediate response to clients.
- Ensures all calls are answered and transferred in a timely and accurate manner following the established procedure.
- Greets clients in a courteous and professional manner following the established procedures.
- Update phone list and manuals as needed.
- Assists and cooperates with colleagues during peak periods, vacation times and special projects, while maintaining own personal workload.
- Ensures all reception desks and client reception area are clean and uncluttered.
- Assists with mailings and other manual work from workstation.
- Ensures quality standards are met.
