Banking Administrative Assistant I

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. We are looking for an individual who has excellent communications skills and previous related experience.

 

Contract term: 2018-11-05 to 2018-12-17

Pay rate: up to $17/hr

Full time: 37.5 hrs per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

 

Must Have:

  • Calendar management
  • MS Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Great personality, professional, and polished 
  • Experience with meeting arrangements - booking meeting rooms, coordinate and arrange lunch meetings
  • Computer savvy with professional level MS Suites
