Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading global producer of fluid flow equipment, is looking for customer service representatives to join their growing team.

Location: Scarborough, ON

Full-time position for 3 to 4 months

Salary: $18/hour (based on experience)

Key job duties: assisting mainly with order entry, cleaning up backlog, handling emails/ calls and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Order management experience and customer service experience required
• Must have excellent oral/written English skills
• Computer savy with strong skills on MS office, ERP and Outlooks
• Preferably have working experience in a high volume Customer Service Department
• Familiarity and/or understanding of EDI skills
