Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. We are looking for individuals that have advanced computer skills, excellent communication, data entry experience and strong office admin experience.
Contract term: 2018-11-05 to 2019-01-25
Payrate: $16.47/hr
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Flexibility to support rotating shifts is required. Hours for role are 7AM to 8PM Mon to Fri and 7AM to 3PM on SAT.
Job Description
The Administration Assistant position will be responsible for day-to-day processes that will involve supporting the Mobile Mortgage Sales force. This position plays a critical role in the day to day operations of the MMS unit and will work closely with Credit Assistants and Triage Analysts. Duties will include receiving faxes from the sales reps, ensuring all required information is provided and encrypting of files.

Strong oral and excellent interpersonal/relationship skills and the ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organization. Strong computer skills are required with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
