Our client is a leading Packaging solution provider in Pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
We are hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator to start immediately.
Salary: $20/hr
Temporary short term project for about one week
Working in Scarborough
Start on coming Monday
Key Responsibilities:
· Match supplier invoices to appropriate documents, and validate total cost and appropriate approvals
· Prepare payments to suppliers.
· Filing of paid invoices.
· Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by your supervisor or management.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Minimum Experience/Field: Minimum 2-3 years related experience in a computerized accounting environment.
· Computer Skills: Strong Excel skills, understanding of ERP systems
· Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English
· Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures- particularly those that relate to accounts payable.
