Industrial Electrician (Concord )(Dufferin&Langstaff)
Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Overhaul and install new equipment.
- Rebuild and fabricate parts.
- Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.
- Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory.
- Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
- Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
Education & Experience
• Certified Industrial Electrician with 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience with stamping industry
• Proven experience installing machinery according to Blueprints, Layout plans and other for a minimum of 3 years.
• Knowledge and ability to use metal turning equipment such as milling machine, lathes drills,
• Experience with automated lines and pallet conveyor system.
• Excellent knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and their applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent proven computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills and have knowledge of computerised PM and Work Order system.
• Be able to work on a rotating shift basis, occasional heavy lifting and work overtime as required.
• Physically fit to successfully perform this function.
Shift: Morning or afternoon 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, Monday - Friday
Salary :$25/hr
