Banking Bilingual Receptionist I

Our client is a leading Canadian banking institution. They are looking for a Receptionist who is bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese and English, and have strong communication skills.

 

Contract term: 2018-09-17 to 2018-10-29

Pay rate: $15.50/hr

Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

 

Must Have:

  • Cantonese or Mandarin – strong communication skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Computer savvy w/ Basic Microsoft office and outlook
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Friendly and professional
     

Job Summary: The main function of the receptionist is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greets and directs visitors.
  • Provides information and answers the telephone or console switchboard.
  • Receives and sends packages via couriers.
  • Maintains visitor log and/or call record, provides security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions.
  • Maintains boardroom schedule and equipment.
  • Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
