Banking Collections Agent II

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Collections Agents to join their growing team. We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication, customer services skills, and previous call center experience. 

Contract term: 2018-10-22 to 2019-01-22

Pay rate: $17.34/hr

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

Schedule: Rotational; Mon 12:00pm – 8:00pm, Tue - Fri 10am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 5pm (flexibility required)

Must Have:

• Computer savvy with professional level MS suites
• Customer service experience
• 3 years of Call Centre experience 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a contributing member of the team
• Adaptable, professional, flexible, a quick learner, and has strong customer service skills

Nice to Have: 

• Collections experience
