Our client is looking for a Dispatcher to join our growing team of logistic experts. They are looking for someone motivated and could work in a team environment. We are a fast paced logistics company looking for an individual able to handle this to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Tracking and Tracing shipments constantly, very important to our company as we are the front line to our customers
• Having a background in Logistics is an asset
• Providing Rate quotes with efficiency
• Responding to emails in a quick and efficient manner

Main Duties:

• Communicate with carriers to monitor freight movement.
• Monitor carriers who are unresponsive and inform supervisor of any issues.
• Update our TMS and customer with real time information.
• Foster a strong working relationship with all partner carriers.
• Identify problems proactively and develop creative and efficient solutions.
• Assist Operations in solving all load issues while in transit, perform additional duties as assigned.
• Tracking and Tracing shipments constantly, very important to our company as we are the front line to our customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour

Education: Supply Chain Management Diploma / Degree or Business

Location: Concord, Vaughan (Keele / Steeles, TTC 60)

Experience: At least 2+ years of logistics experience is preferred.
