Banking Triage Analyst
Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Triage Analyst to join their personal banking products team. We are looking for individuals with an accounting background and the ability to work in a high volume environment.
Contract term: 10/09/2018 to 02/12/2018
Pay rate: $18.24/hr
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: rotational; Monday - Friday 7:00am-8:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm (flexibility required)
Must haves:
- Ability to handle high volume environment
- Ability to work both in team and individually
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Financial accounting experience
Summary: The main functions of a Triage Analyst are to review client documentation & applications to determine whether the application is fit for underwriting while providing a high level of customer service to business partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review mortgage applications to determine if they are fit-for-underwriting.
- Complete checklist to ensure all required documentation is present prior to underwriting; credit product experience/knowledge is required.
- Responsible for providing leadership in order for the unit to meet and/or exceed service level agreements and as such requires impact and influence capabilities.
- Work in a fast paced environment & efficiently manage workflow.
- Monitoring of personal and generic email inboxes and execute tasks as assigned.
- Communicate with MMS partners on a daily basis for missing documentation/clarification.
- Assist with Adhoc requests & administrative tasks as assigned.
