Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Niche Admin/Clerical to join their growing team. We are looking for applicants who have excellent communication skills, strong accounting background and the ability to meet deadlines.
Contract term: 01/08/2018 to 31/01/2019
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

- Lease administration – 3-5 years of experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all monthly rent adjustments are completed accurately and processed in a timely manner
- Review and recommend for payment all lease-related invoices ensuring invoice is in accordance with both the lease and compliance procedures
- Perform common area maintenance (CAM) and realty tax invoice reviews and Desk Top Lease Audits
- Pro-actively track and manage lease related critical dates
- Analyze and audit on an annual basis the Landlord’s reconciliation statement for common area maintenance (CAM) and realty tax charges to ensure accuracy and lease compliance for approximately 350+ locations. Upon completion of the audit recommend either the acceptance of the calculations or dispute the calculations.
- Pro-actively monitor outstanding Landlord reconciliation statements to ensure receipt
- Accurately abstract lease data into the lease administration database (Tririga), adhering to lease abstraction procedures
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with Business Partners and/or Landlords
- Work with Landlords to resolve issues and concerns with rent and operating expenses
- Track lease compliance cost saving recoveries and opportunities
- Review Estoppel requests against lease requirements, obligations and outstanding rent-related issues and coordinate execution and delivery, as needed
- Interface with Accounts Payable to establish vendor set-up
- Assist lease administration senior management as required
- Provide monthly reporting as required
- Ensure that all processes are completed accurately and within required deadlines
- Maintain proficiency with software applications/programs and/or department specific systems as required (ie. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, Tririga)
Skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience working with Tririga Real Estate module
