Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Credit Assistant to join their growing team. We are looking for applicants who have excellent communication skills, customer service skills and organized and attention to detail.
Contract term: 08/08/2018 to 02/08/2019
Pay Rate: $16.25/hour
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

- Call center experience
- Must be competitive, not too outgoing needs to be focused
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive/respond or forward all initial dealership and marketing department concerns to the correct area
- Certify all dealer notes, calls and concerns have been responded to in a timely fashion
- Ensuring SLA is met daily
- Ensure Policies, Procedures & Guidelines are followed on every deal
- Ensure assigned bins are organized and running smoothly to meet the needs of the company
- Assist/participate with reviewing processes for possible Improvements
- Contribute to Departmental CEI objectives
- Contribute to and promote PULSE and Unit Reward & Recognition Programs
- Providing assistance to the Income Verification Supervisors with ongoing training and development initiatives within the department
