Our client, a leading soft drinks and fruit juices bottler, is looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to join their Sales department. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this Account Manager will be responsible for achieving maximum profitable sales while supporting distribution, pricing and merchandising, and developing strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish annual account plan and execute specific programs to achieve profitable sales volume, excellence in availability, optimal distribution and competitive pricing
- Develop strong business relationships with our Key Account across various functions to ensure that annual account plan and objectives are met
- Analyze various data sources / insights to identify business opportunities that effectively grow the business and
present internally
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Demand Planners to provide insight into upcoming events, promotions,
distribution or POS changes to ensure the most accurate forecast possible
- Evaluate and conduct post audits on all promotional events to better understand if program objectives were achieved
- Make recommendations that ensure the achievement of sales and financial objectives
- Accountability for the management of all financial budgets while ensuring they are managed within guidelines
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks including but not limited to expense
reports, pricing templates, deal sheets, forecasts, new item sheets, MDF worksheets and weekly reports
- Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with cross functional groups including finance, supply chain,
operations and marketing to assist in effective and efficient development and execution of accounts plans
- Limited overnight travel may be required as per business demands
Qualifications:
- Experience in Food/ Beverage Manufacturing preferred
- Must be fluently bilingual (French)
- Solid working knowledge of supply chain acumen and manufacturing processes, tools and models available to
support demand planning, forecast accuracy and procurement of materials
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask daily processes/projects to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience working with cross functional clients, both internally and with customers
- Intermediate level Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must
- Results orientated – organized and detailed with the ability to deliver
Education and Experience: University Degree/Diploma in Business Management or related discipline required. A minimum of two years Account Management experience, preferably in the CPG industry with a major grocery
retailer.
