Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Contact Centre Representative to join their growing team. We are looking for applicants who have excellent communication skills, previous banking experience, and work experience in admin.
Contract term: 03/07/2018 to 01/01/2019
Pay Rate: $16.63/hour
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Summary: The main function of a Contact Centre/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client's issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
