Our client, a leading global producer of fluid flow equipment, is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Scarborough.
Reporting to the Global Director, Human Resources, the Recruiter will source, screen, interview, arrange interviews and coordinate job offers for a variety of positions from entry-level to mid-management.
- Contract position: 9 – 12 Months
- Salary: $60k-80k
- Working location: Scarborough
Responsibilities
- Writing, editing and finalizing job descriptions for postings
- Posting positions on company website, LinkedIn OR working with a recruiter
- Screening candidates for job requirements and Company fit
- Arranging interviews with hiring managers and HR Manager
- Conducting reference and background checks
- Producing and coordinating offers of employment
- Working with the HR Managers to coordinate the onboarding process
Requirements
- University or college education
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience
- Preferably in an engineering environment with technical skill
- Experience coordinating HR programs in a variety of geographies
- Highly developed communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and changing circumstances
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
